Broad, bright open spaces; a seamless clear implementation; an efficient TSA checkpoint with walkthrough scanners; and an enormous, delightful Delta Sky Club filled with compelling (and many gluten-free) food choices and comfortable seating. Plus, each of my last several Delta flights have arrived super early and were staffed with the most pleasant crews.
